Kinesiology Connection
This program explores the many dimensions of kinesiology and how each dimension applies to health, fitness and physical performance. Concepts and topics will include warm-up and balance, flexibility, resistance training, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, endurance training, weight loss, sport specific training, exercise program templates, goal setting and motivation, special populations and rehabilitation.
