Regardless of the shitty weather, get out &amp; see some live music this Weekend!<!--more--><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Friday, March 22, 2013 &amp; Saturday, March 23, 2013<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mariachi Ghost blends traditional Mexican music with roots-rock wall of sound, like a louder, psychedelic Los Lobos.\u00a0\u00a0They wear traditional costumes and makeup, they have dancers, their show is beguiling, and they are playing the Windsor Hotel Friday and Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>Friday night, they pair up with Indicator Indicator; Quinzy frontman Sandy Taronno\u2019s alt-pop side-project.<\/p>\n<p>On Saturday, Mariachi Ghost is joined by the Cannon Bros. and Mama Cutsworth for Cabin Fever 2, a fundraiser for the Harvest Moon Society and the Clearwater Cabins project.<\/p>\n<p>The Cannon Bros. write noisy songs with sugar-sweet melodies and their live show is good clean fun.\u00a0\u00a0Mama Cutsworth is one of the best DJs around, period.<\/p>\n<p><em>Advance tickets for Saturday\u2019s show are $10 and available at Organic Planet and Mondragon.\u00a0\u00a0$15 at the door.\u00a0<\/em><strong>-BT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cover charge for Friday is $10.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Spring has, er, sprung?
