The complete and utter lack of anything even suggesting a personality leaves Banded Stilts very talented but as generic and bland as vanilla ice milk soft serve from a fast food mega-chain. It\u2019s the record equivalent of \u201clikes to play clarinet in spare time\u201d as a high school yearbook quote.
