There are two ways to listen to CKUW online, you can listen to our live stream or stream any show from the last six weeks. To listen live, follow the directions below. If you’re looking for our archives you can find them through our online Program Guide: Program Guide/Archives

Troubleshooting
If you’re having problems with our stream or archive, contact the office directly. We’ll do our best to fix any problems and help you get the radio you want! To listen to the stream with Windows Media Player you will need to install ‘Open PLS‘

Software
You need to have an MP3 compatible media player installed to listen to us through the Internet. Most computers will have a built in media player but there are many other options available including Winamp, Realplayer, itunes and more. **Windows Media Player requires an add on to pick up our stream, the link is below (Open PLS).
We recommend VLC and Winamp. Both are free, easy to use and customizable.
VLC
— VLC is an open source media player. Its completely free and works great for audio and video. Plug ins are available to allow VLC to play almost any type of media but the basic version will work fine for listening to CKUW: Get VLC!WinAmp
— Winamp, is free but you can buy a ‘pro’ version with enhanced features. The free/basic version is all you need to start listening to CKUW online: Get WinampFirefox

Open PLS in WMP
Open PLS in WMP allows you to listen to PLS (MP3 Playlist, a.k.a. Shoutcast streams) in Windows Media Player. It’s a simple translator that opens PLS files, finds the stream information, and passes it to Window Media Player. Get Open PLS
