Canada’s hardest working weirdo is hitting the Windsor on Saturday. That’s right, BA Johnston is back in driving his Previa across the wastes of northern Ontario to land Winnipeg’s blues bar for a night of pure mayhem.
Opening up the show are the Lonely Vulcans and the Bad Nerves, so you know the night is going to get sloppy. I got an early start to a 24 hour drive to Austin the next morning, but I’m going to do my darnedest to get to this show, boy I tells ya.
Show starts at 10pm down at the Windsor, 187 Garry Street. Tix are 10$ at the door. -SB
Also, as mentioned yesterday on the Hillbilly Highway, and on the cover of this week’s Uniter, our pal the Reverend Rambler is throwing a fundraising party down at the Park Theatre. Featuring opening acts Waywiser and closers Greg Arcade & His Rockin Band, this show is going to be a doozy. There are still a few tickets available, but not many. Get on it!
