    This past Saturday we hosted a little party to celebrate our listeners and volunteer programmers. We are proud to announce that the 7th Annual CKUW Volunteer Award winners are:

    People’s Choice Awards
    Favourite Spoken Word Show – Adam Fuhr’s Got Issues

  • NCRC 2013

    CKUW is proud to be hosting the National Campus/Community Radio Conference (NCRC) June 11-15th.

    The NCRC is the annual gathering of non-profit campus & community broadcasters from across Canada. We are organizing professional development workshops, the Community Radio Awards and more. The conference also includes the Annual General Meeting for the National Campus/Community Radio Association ( NCRA ).

    It’s time once again for our celebration of the best of CKUW. Voting for the Peoples Choice Awards is open until April 7th and winners will be announced at our annual Volunteer awards on May 4th.

  • Pledge Payment & Prize Pickup

    Thanks again Winnipeg for your support of CKUW & Listener Driven Radio!

    Our Bookstore location is open for pledge payment & prize pickup until March 16th. The U of W Bookstore is in the AnX building, formerly the downtown Greyhound terminal. There is free parking off of Colony St. south and metered parking on Balmoral off of Portage. Fundrive desk hours are:

    • Noon – 5pm Weekdays
    • Noon – 4pm Saturdays

    After March 16th pledges can be paid in person at the CKUW offices. If you have any questions about Fundrive or need to make alternate arrangements for your pledge, please contact our office at 204-786-9782 / [email protected]
