  • A-PAC Christmas Special

Posted by Robin on December 20th, 2010

Tim is going to be broadcasting live from the snow covered roof of a house in “any town“Canada!
Find out if the Ghosts of Christmas Past and Present, who tried to kill Tim on the Halloween special, will take another shot at him on the A-PAC Christmas Special? Also A-PAC’s Nature Expert, The Nature Lady will be back again this year with another one of her warped recipes. There is so much comedy packed into this special you’ll probably laugh so hard you’ll choke, pass out and drown in your eggnog!

Podcasts of past and current episodes of Almost Professional Amateur Comic also can be heard at http://chly.ca/the-program-schedule/listen/podcasts/

Special thanks to CKUW for supporting developing Canadian Comedy.

  • Peg City Groove Christmas Special!

Posted by Rob on December 16th, 2010

    One week before Christmas,
    And all through the two-meters,
    A signal was keying up
    that destroyed the repeaters.

    Friday at 5,
    on Peg city groove,
    a special holiday show,
    on C-K-U-W.

    Special messages from artists,
    and a couple of jams,
What more could you ask for?
    How about a live band?

Smoky tiger are tearing up the studio,
    with weirdo-rock sneer,
spreading psych songs of the season,
    and to all good cheer.

    So pull up an eggnog
    and tune in this week,
    it may not be Christmas
but will be just as sweet.
