    This week marks the first time in my memory that Canadian artists have held all all top 8 spots on the chart. In addition to this there’s 21 Canadian artists in the top 35 (60%) and 7 local artists represented.

  • Shades of Classics interview with Paul Marleyn

    On Sunday, June 3, Shades of Classics will feature a live in-studio interview with Paul Marleyn, Artistic Director of the Agassiz Chamber Music Festival. Paul will be talking all about the Festival, which runs from June 6 to 15 in Eckhardt-Gramatté Hall at the University of Winnipeg.

    Are you employer located in the core looking for a hardworking, motivated, creative part-time employee? Well your prayers have just been answered. Recent U of W graduate and local radio personality Kent Davies is looking for part time work to fill out his schedule.

    On Thursday May 10th at 2 p.m. on the Nine Villages radio program news director Geoffrey Young will be trying to get downtown employers to tune in and call in at 774-6877 to give Kent a job.
