And the award goes to ...
The National Campus/Community Radio Association hosts a yearly conference, and this year three delegates from CKUW trekked to Vancouver to attend. For the second year in a row, CKUW came home from the conference with a trophy for programming excellence.
This year’s award goes to Daniel Brandt, co-host of Roots & beRRies Tuesdays from noon-1pm, for Best Focus Programming. The winning program highlighted the annual Dine & Dash fundraising event that L.I.T.E. holds every October.
