No! Sudden Movement
This Sunday morning marks the final The Motel 6 for founding host Anna Gilfillan. Over the last 9 years, Anna has set the standard for ‘no sudden movement’ radio Sunday mornings on CKUW. She has empathetically eased her listeners towards noon with gentle bursts of pop bliss since week one of FM broadcasting, way back in 1999. Tune in for Anna’s final program this Sunday, 10am to noon. The show promises some all time faves from The Motel 6 and a sentimental farewell to CKUW’s airwaves and all the people they’ve touched along the way. Thank you for sharing so many Sunday mornings, and congratulations on so much wonderful radio.
The proud tradition of The Motel 6 will continue in very good hands with current alternating ‘next generation’ host, Caitlin McIntyre.
