Studio Booking

This page is to be used by CKUW Volunteers for booking time in our production studio for CKUW projects. Our studio booking policy is as follows:

1. The studio can only be used by CKUW volunteers/members
   • Studio hours are 7am – 11pm
   • Limited volunteers must be supervised by full volunteers/staff
2. Bookings are for no more than three hours at a time
   • 72 hours notice is needed to guarantee a request
   • Bookings may not be made more than 3 months in advance
   • Your first and last name must be recorded
3. Volunteers may make requests the following ways
   • Using the form below
   • Through full-time staff in person, by email or telephone
4. If multiple volunteers need the studio at the same time they should work together to share the time
5. You may be bumped by staff for other station projects/needs
