You may remember Peg City Groove on CKUW 95.9 FM. For over a decade we’d let you know what was going on this weekend. Our show featured Manitoba artists and bands, the occasional live performance and info for listeners on how to support the local scene.

Well, we’re back and we wish it was for different circumstances. Turn on, tune in, and take a break from normality. Visit a place where free-form freakouts mingle with meditative moogs, silver screen scores sidle up to radiophonic excursions, and forgotten outsiders play nice around the deep cuts and obcuriousities.
Every week, I’ll make a pastiche-playlist live n’ on the fly for you, listener, that’ll run the range of known sound (and then some!!).
I might even welcome a guest into my world from time to time…

Always different, always the same. See you next Thursday!

    Oh, and there’s compulsory Can.
